This study takes the wood dowels (human made from a natural material) and places them into a natural setting. The intent is to show the juxtaposition between the two objects. After further review and analysis, the dowels actually are dead wood and have no growth, while the trees and shrubs are alive and full of growth. The dowels can act as a measuring element of the vegetation, the measuring time.
